Our office is located in Congerville, IL. We specialize in new homes, however would be more than happy to build your next room addition, remodel, or finished basement. Today, we have a variety of ways that we can suite your home building needs. We can build on a lot already owned by you, or you can select from lots that we have to offer. Also, we can assist you in your home design needs or we can use the plans that you already have. Our carpenters perform the framing and interior trim work for your new home. They take pride in their work and would love to help you with your new home. The sub-contractors that we use for the remaining trades are well respected contractors in the area and will meet our high standards for your new home. The years have passed by, but one thing remains the same, our company's standards. We build each and every home with the quality and attention to detail that we would put into our own home.
